Join us for an evening of words, wine, and talanoa with Dr Selina Tusitala Marsh, ONZM, FRSNZ, on Saturday, 29 November 2025 at La Fine Gueule in Paris (21 rue du Docteur Leray, 75013). Selina—an award-winning poet, graphic memoirist, and Professor at the University of Auckland—is of Samoan and Tuvaluan heritage and currently serves as the Commonwealth Poet Laureate (2025–27). She is also the Katherine Mansfield Fellow in Menton, where she is completing her book on the first Pacific women poets.
Doors open from 19h30, with the event beginning between 20h30 and 21h00 in the cosy downstairs performance room. Guests are asked to enjoy at least one drink as part of the venue’s bar requirement, and drinks and nibbles will be available before the performance. With a limited capacity, booking is recommended. Entry is free, and a koha (donation) for the poet is warmly encouraged. We look forward to sharing this special evening of poetry, conversation, and connection with you.
